The company ALESSIO THERMO-HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS was born from the entrepreneurial and generational continuity of the company Alessio Giancarlo founded by the same in 1968. Strengthened by over 40 years of experience in the sector, the main goal is customer satisfaction.
The business continuity, managed by Luca Alessio, current owner, maintains an orientation aimed at developing the role of energy efficiency specialist across the entire area of competence.

MUNICIPAL ENERGY DESK
ENERGY EFFICIENCY: THE ZERO CONSUMPTION BUILDING
On 23 June 2012 the company inaugurated its new headquarters: the Energy Efficiency Green Point, a structure created to provide information and support to all those interested in discovering how to optimize energy, contain bill costs and adopt simple practices of environmental compliance. The structure is a wooden building, with zero energy impact, built according to the parameters of Climat House, energetically self-sufficient, in class A+Nature which certifies that the building was built according to green building standards. The building's air conditioning system was created by Alessio Systems itself. The goal was to create a jewel of functionality, comfort and energy saving: wooden structure, electricity from the sun, heat from the earth and bushes on the roof. The objective was achieved with great results and satisfaction.
The Green Point is also the Headquarters of the municipal Energy Help Desk: the point of reference for all citizens of the Municipality of Montiglio Monferrato who wish to receive free information on energy saving and efficiency.
The services provided free of charge to citizens include: reading of bills and free analysis of consumption, waste analysis, check-up and inspection with indicative report, consultancy on renewable energy sources, events for citizens and schools with classrooms and materials available.
Wall-mounted and floor-standing condensing boilers, biomass stoves and boilers (wood, pellets, wood chips...), solar and photovoltaic panels, refrigerators, heat pump air conditioners, underfloor, ceiling and wall heating systems, geothermal pumps, thermos-fireplaces, insulation systems... And many other energy saving products and technologies.
